1. How do I place an order?

There are three ways to order:

1. Order online using our completely SECURE site.

2. Call us at 0871 566 1243 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)

3. Order by Cheque.
Send your payment for the total amount (be sure to include post and packing costs) in UK Pounds only to:

2. How much is the post and packing charge?

Post and packing charges are indicated below the products price on the respective site.

4. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?

If for any reason you're dissatisfied with any merchandise from Telebrands, you have 30 days to return the product for an easy refund of your purchase price, Excluding post and packing. See return policy for more information.

6. Prices and availability?

Prices shown and availability are subject to change without notice. If prices should change, we will process your order and notify you of any difference. We cannot be responsible for typographical errors. Ordinarily orders are shipped within one 28 days of receipt. However, some items may require up to six weeks for posting.

 

7. What is the return policy?

We will gladly accept any return within 30 days, provided the item is in new or like-new condition. We will only issue a refund once the item has been received in our warehouse.

Exceptions to our return policy:

  • Consumable items (such as products that can be diminished or used up) are not returnable once they have been opened. However, we will accept a return for any unused and unopened consumable item.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions manuals that were shipped with your original order. Our 30-day return policy starts from the day your product is received. We need to have the return package postmarked within 30 days of the date that your item was delivered (regardless of what date the product was first used).
  • Post and Packing costs are non-refundable

Note: If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms, then we will not issue you a refund. Such a return also will not be sent back to you.

Along with your return, be sure to include the following:

  1. Your order number and/or your complete name, address, and email address
  2. A detailed explanation regarding your reason for returning the item(s)
